ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 business day to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day using a nationally recognised courier. Shipping is priced at £2.99, products should arrive within 3-5 working days This applies to all orders. We do not ship outside of the UK at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Flat rate shipping to the UK (3-5 working days) is priced at £2.99.
Next working day delivery is available for £5.99 when ordered before 2pm. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@wriggleease.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
